⊱ Process

I have the right to refuse service for any reason.
Payment must be received before the commission is drafted - more expensive pieces can be subject to payment plans, the details of which are to be discussed with the commissioner.
The commission should include all details; I may be notified during production if anything has been forgotten. If the commission has a minor mistake, a request to have it changed can be arranged and I will do so for no extra charge. If a major change is requested, but was not specified in the commission that it be included, I will not change it. This is subject to change at my own discretion.
The commissioner has every right to an update on the commission.
A timeframe will be given once commissioned. If the timeframe is likely to be extended, the commissioner will be notified and will be entitled to a refund if necessary.

⊱ Conditions

All art received must be properly credited, regardless of the platform it is posted on. If any of my art is found uncredited (my watermark removed or otherwise purposefully falsely credited to somebody else) the appropriate authorities will be employed to remove it.
My art may not be used for commercial purposes, that is, promotions for monetary gain (logos, mascots, company related etc.) - I can be contacted through any of my platforms for a commercial license.
Art and/or designs must not be purchased or valued for more than they were first bought for. This includes free (gifted or requested) art.
Free art and/or designs without addition may not be profited on - this includes online currency.

⊱ Ownership

Designs may be edited or entirely overhauled, as long as I am credited as the original designer.
Tracing my art without confirmed permission or copying my character designs will not be tolerated. It will be reported to the appropriate authorities and removed.
I reserve the right to take back my art and/or designs without compensation if these terms have been violated.

⊱ Returns

Refunds for commissions are not available unless, for whatever reason, it cannot be completed.
Refunds for designs are not available.
